About the role

As a Food & Beverage Service Expert at Sheraton Brussels Airport, you will help create memorable dining experiences for guests. You will be on your feet throughout the shift, ensuring tables are set, orders are communicated, and service runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, maintain clean work areas, and restock supplies.
• Communicate guest orders to the kitchen and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Interact with guests, answer questions, and address any service needs.
• Verify menu information visually and assist guests in menu selection.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move on uneven or slippery surfaces for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
