About the role

The Junior Revenue Coordinator supports the hotel’s revenue manager in maximizing income and profitability. You will develop pricing strategies, manage inventory across distribution channels, and use data‑driven insights to forecast demand and optimize room rates.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement pricing strategies for rooms, packages, and promotions.
• Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and budgets using historical data and market trends.
• Manage room inventory on OTAs, GDS, and the brand website to maximize occupancy and ADR.
• Conduct competitive market analysis and adjust rates dynamically.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports for management.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and general managers to align pricing with campaigns and operational decisions.
• Apply yield‑management techniques to improve RevPAR and optimize group business.
• Maintain rate parity and performance across all distribution channels.
• Analyze booking patterns and guest segmentation to refine pricing decisions.
