About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Expert ensures guests enjoy a memorable dining experience at the Sheraton Brussels Airport hotel. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to deliver high‑quality service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining professional guest interactions.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and supplies.
Handle menu information, verify items, and assist guests with selections.
Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance).
Follow safety procedures, company policies, and uphold uniform and appearance standards.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
No supervisory experience required.
No specific license or certification needed.
