About the role
The Food & Beverage Service Expert ensures guests enjoy a memorable dining experience at the Sheraton Brussels Airport hotel. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to deliver high‑quality service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
- Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining professional guest interactions.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and supplies.
- Handle menu information, verify items, and assist guests with selections.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance).
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and uphold uniform and appearance standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
