First Line Manager

About the role

AB InBev is seeking a First Line Manager to lead operator teams across its iconic breweries in Belgium. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth shift operations, driving performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and allocate workforce for rotating shifts, ensuring production targets are met.
• Coach, mentor and evaluate operators, providing structured feedback and development plans.
• Monitor KPIs, implement corrective actions, and optimize resource use.
• Collaborate with Brewing, Quality, Logistics and Maintenance to drive process improvements.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (6 am–2 pm, 2 pm–10 pm, 10 pm–6 am).
• Fluent in Dutch and English, or French and English.
• Analytical, solution‑oriented mindset with a proactive, results‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
