Finance Manager – Full Mandate & Budget at Tech Scale‑up

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to take full ownership of the finance function for a fast‑growing technology scale‑up based in Brussels. Reporting directly to the CFO and sitting on the Executive Committee, you will drive the finance transformation and provide the financial insight needed for strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own accounting, month‑end closing, consolidation and reporting for the Belgian entity.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives across ERP, reporting and process automation to shorten the close cycle and eliminate manual work.
• Prepare rolling cash forecasts with best‑ and worst‑case scenarios for executive use.
• Analyse project profitability by product, project and country and translate results into actionable business decisions.
• Strengthen compliance, internal controls and finance governance across the group.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
• At least 7 years of experience covering audit, controlling and finance management.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems and finance process automation.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, consolidation and financial reporting.

• Salary up to €110 000 gross per year, plus bonus up to 15 % of gross salary.
