Finance Manager – Full Mandate & Budget at Tech Scale-up

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to take full ownership of the finance function for a fast‑growing technology scale‑up headquartered in Brussels. Reporting directly to the CFO and sitting on the Executive Committee, you will drive finance transformation and provide strategic insight to support rapid business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own accounting, month‑end closing, consolidation and financial reporting for the Belgian entity.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives across ERP, reporting and process automation to shorten the close cycle and eliminate manual work.
• Develop and maintain rolling cash forecasts with best‑ and worst‑case scenarios for executive decision‑making.
• Produce project‑level profitability analyses (P&L by project, product and country) and translate results into actionable business decisions.
• Strengthen compliance, internal controls and finance governance across the group.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
• At least 7 years of experience covering audit, controlling and finance management.

What we offer

• Salary up to €110,000 gross per year, plus a bonus of up to 15% of gross salary.
