Finance Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Controller to join our Finance team in Deurne. The role focuses on high‑quality financial reporting, data accuracy and providing clear insights that support business decisions in a dynamic operational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and support the monthly closing process, including accruals, reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Produce accurate financial reports and dashboards on a timely basis.
• Analyse margins, costs and key financial KPIs.
• Support budgeting and forecasting from a reporting perspective.
• Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability across all reporting outputs.
• Contribute to the optimisation of reporting processes and tools.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in controlling, audit or finance.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid Category B driving licence for occasional travel to Rekkem.

• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (plus)
