About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic F&B Banquet Supervisor to lead service for conferences, meetings, private events and banquets at our airport hotel. The role combines guest interaction, team coordination and strict adherence to food safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑standard service during all types of events, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate event set‑ups according to guest specifications and hotel standards.
- Maintain clear communication between kitchen, sales and operations teams.
- Welcome guests, handle requests and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor cleanliness, presentation and compliance with HACCP and safety procedures.
- Prepare and maintain function rooms before, during and after events.
Required profile
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in banqueting or events.
- Guest‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are strong advantages.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of HACCP procedures.
