Executive Search Partner

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Search Partner to lead senior‑level talent acquisition for fast‑scaling, technology‑driven companies. Operating fully remote, you will shape hiring strategies, engage passive candidates, and close high‑impact leadership hires across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end executive search processes, from strategy design to offer negotiation and closure.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and market maps using proactive outreach, referrals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and ensure structured interview processes.
• Conduct market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and competitor analysis to support hiring decisions.
• Track recruitment KPIs, improve time‑to‑hire, and maintain data quality and compliance within ATS systems.
• Coach hiring managers on best practices, including diversity‑aware sourcing and structured evaluation.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of hands‑on executive search or senior‑level recruitment experience, preferably in‑house or retained search.
• Proven success closing Director, VP, or C‑suite roles in competitive markets.
• Experience recruiting for technology, digital, SaaS, fintech, gaming, or similar high‑growth sectors.
• Strong understanding of global talent markets, especially EMEA and international tech ecosystems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, autonomous, and comfortable in fast‑paced, remote‑first environments.
