EU Government Relations Manager / Senior Manager

About the role

SHEIN is seeking a dynamic professional to lead its EU Government Relations function. You will monitor legislative developments, shape policy positions, and build strategic relationships across Europe to support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Track, monitor and assess EU legislative and non‑legislative issues and their impact on SHEIN’s commercial interests.
• Report to the Director of Government Relations Europe and help define the company’s overall EU policy stance.
• Identify and map key policy stakeholders, including EU policymakers, government officials, NGOs and industry associations.
• Execute engagement and advocacy strategies, preparing briefing notes and presentations for senior management.
• Organise and manage meetings with external parties and coordinate related travel and invoicing.

Required profile

• Degree in International Relations, Law, Political Science or a related field.
• Strong interest in the intersection of politics, business, sustainability, technology and innovation.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with ESG, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Supply Chain teams.
• Experience building relationships with mid‑level EU stakeholders and managing stakeholder engagement programmes.
