Corporate and M&A Lawyer

About the role

We are looking for an associate with around five years of experience to join our Corporate and M&A team at ALTIUS, a full‑service Belgian law firm. The team advises national and international corporate, financial institution and private clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including cross‑border M&A, restructurings, corporate litigation and private‑equity transactions.

Required profile

• You are a Belgian‑qualified lawyer with 3 to 7 years of experience in corporate and M&A law, preferably in a similar practice.
• You combine a strong interest in corporate and M&A matters with commercial awareness.
• Experience or study abroad is considered an asset.
• You are fluent in Dutch and your English and French are suitable for daily business use; additional languages are a plus.
• You have excellent writing skills and adopt a pragmatic, hands‑on approach.
• You are an open, enthusiastic team player, highly motivated and internationally oriented.
• You are not afraid to speak your mind and have demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit through activities such as student or sport clubs.
