Energy & Utilities Consultant (0-3 yrs)

About the role

Sia is seeking a motivated consultant to join its Energy and Utilities practice. You will work on transformation projects for clients, applying data‑driven insights and supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute project assignments such as data structuring, analysis, benchmarking and process mapping.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops and produce functional specifications.
• Support team activities and contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications and seminars.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver client‑focused solutions in the energy sector.

Required profile

• University Master in Civil Engineering, Business Engineering or related field.
• 0‑3 years of consulting experience or relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomous and result‑oriented.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to undertake temporary assignments abroad.

Required skills

• Interest in energy sector and data/AI topics.
• Ability to quickly acquire expertise in data analysis and AI applications.
