eLearning & Multimedia Designer

About the role

Spektrum is seeking an eLearning & Multimedia Designer to support the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) and other key client projects. The role involves creating professional multimedia and visual assets that enhance learner understanding and adoption across a range of defence and aerospace initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce multimedia assets such as process roadmaps, procurement lifecycle diagrams, decision trees, and infographics.
• Create explainer videos, motion graphics, learner guides, and quick reference guides to support eLearning programmes.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure visual content aligns with client requirements and NATO standards.
• Maintain a library of reusable visual assets for future projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multimedia and eLearning design.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging visual formats.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high‑performance, security‑sensitive environment.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with international stakeholders.
