Lead Designer

About the role

Dalton, an AI‑native CRO and website optimisation platform for online stores, is hiring its first dedicated designer. You will shape everything customers and prospects see – from social content and marketing assets to the UI/UX of the Dalton platform – while working directly with the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Design social posts, LinkedIn content, ads, one‑pagers and decks to keep up with an active content calendar.
• Create and maintain website pages and components for getdalton.com.
• Design UI/UX for new features, flows and improvements within the Dalton platform, collaborating closely with engineering.
• Apply a product mindset: question existing flows, propose better ones and influence product decisions.
• Ensure a consistent visual identity across product, website and marketing materials.

Required profile

• A portfolio that demonstrates both brand/content design and product UI/UX work.
• Strong visual craft – typography, layout, visual systems – with an eye for professional, conversion‑focused design.
• Product thinking: understanding of user flows, information hierarchy and ability to explain design impact on conversion or usability.
• Fast, self‑directed and comfortable with ambiguity, able to own end‑to‑end output on a small team.
• High personal standards, driven to raise quality without waiting for direction.
