Dutch Content & Community Manager (Flanders)

About the role

We are seeking a creative, hands‑on Dutch Content & Community Manager to boost the visibility of our brands in Flanders. You will lead content and partnership initiatives for Circus Daily and 777TV, shaping how sports fans engage with our digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the social media and content strategy for Circus Daily and 777TV in the Flemish market.
• Create, coordinate and publish engaging content across websites, apps and social channels, tailored to local sports culture.
• Drive audience growth, website traffic and app downloads through targeted activations.
• Manage content production with external creators, agencies and influencers.
• Maintain relationships with sponsored sports clubs, teams, federations and other content partners.
• Identify new content opportunities with clubs, athletes and creators.
• Monitor trends, analyse performance metrics and provide regular reports with recommendations.
• Represent the brands at sports events, delivering on‑site coverage, interviews and video reports.

Required profile

• Passionate about sports, digital media and content creation.
• Deep understanding of the Flemish sports and media landscape.
• Native Dutch speaker with strong English skills (French a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of social media management experience.
• Comfortable collaborating with clubs, athletes, creators and external partners.
• Creative, organized, proactive and able to work autonomously.
• Confident on camera for presentations and interviews.
• Knowledge of football, cyclocross and Belgian sports culture is a strong advantage.
