SEO Specialist – Digital Marketing

About the role

Gaming1, a global leader in land‑based and online gaming, is expanding its Digital Marketing team. As an SEO Specialist you will drive organic growth across multiple brands, turning strategy into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SEO projects, from discovery through implementation and performance monitoring.
• Own on‑page and off‑page SEO initiatives, aligning them with business goals and market priorities.
• Identify technical SEO issues and work with product and development teams to prioritize fixes.
• Support the SEO Manager in creating and executing market‑level SEO roadmaps.
• Conduct advanced SEO audits and opportunity analyses across technical, content, and authority pillars.
• Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance, delivering actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with product, content, UX, CRM, and tech teams to embed SEO best practices.
• Manage relationships with SEO agencies and external partners, ensuring quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior SEO team members and stay updated on algorithm changes and emerging tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven SEO experience delivering organic growth.
• Strong knowledge of on‑site, content and off‑page SEO best practices.
• Good understanding of technical SEO concepts and experience collaborating with tech teams.
• Experience leading SEO initiatives and coordinating cross‑functional projects.
• Comfort presenting analyses and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing SEO agencies, freelancers or external partners.
• Analytical, data‑driven mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
