Director, Solution and Product Marketing

About the role

The Director, Solution and Product Marketing will shape market strategy and define the narrative for innovative enterprise technology solutions on a global scale. Based in Belgium, you will work at the intersection of product strategy, solution positioning, and go‑to‑market execution, translating complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own market positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for enterprise audiences.
• Lead solution and product marketing strategies, including use‑case definition, competitive intelligence, and differentiation.
• Design and execute go‑to‑market plans for product launches and strategic initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Create sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, battle cards, solution briefs, and technical content.
• Support analyst relations and influence key industry influencers.
• Partner with field teams, sales engineering, customer success, and ecosystem partners to drive adoption and commercial effectiveness.
• Mentor and develop team members while ensuring high standards of strategic thinking and execution.
• Adapt messaging and enablement approaches for global markets based on customer insights and market trends.

Required profile

• Senior B2B technology marketing professional with extensive experience in enterprise software product marketing.
• Proven track record of creating and executing go‑to‑market strategies for complex platforms.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into compelling business stories.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Leadership experience managing and developing marketing teams.
