Direct Buyer – Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Direct Buyer to join our dynamic team. In this role you will manage purchasing activities, supplier relationships, and procurement processes for electronic components, ensuring efficient and compliant operations that support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage Purchase Orders, monitoring delivery schedules for direct procurement.
• Handle the full procurement cycle from requisition to order issuance, including supplier negotiations.
• Develop and maintain purchasing catalogs and ensure ERP data accuracy.
• Monitor ESG initiatives and supplier compliance.
• Oversee procurement of electronic components and related materials.
• Enforce procurement workflows and approval processes based on budget, destination, and product categories.
• Promote adherence to purchasing procedures and guide internal stakeholders.
• Maintain up‑to‑date procurement documentation and SharePoint repositories.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• 3–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in the electronics market.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong interest in technology and electronic components.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using SharePoint for document management.
