Trade Compliance Analyst – Europe (9‑month FTC)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to support the European supply chain by ensuring compliant and efficient cross‑border movement of goods. This 9‑month fixed‑term maternity cover role is based in Brussels (Ixelles) and works in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of global trade compliance risk management and audit strategy.
• Perform audits for Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) requirements and implement corrective actions.
• Research customs and international trade compliance matters across Europe.
• Maintain trade compliance documentation, procedures, process maps and training materials.
• Deliver training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with customs classification, rulings, broker management and customs clearance activities.
• Prepare regulatory reports and support audit preparation and customs authority requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in international trade, customs compliance or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
