Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator you will shape and execute Unilin’s digital strategy for the Insulation division, aligning campaigns with commercial objectives. You will work autonomously while collaborating with country marketers, the webmaster and an external agency, acting as the hands‑on digital expert within the marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and translate the digital marketing strategy into annual and campaign plans across web, email, social and paid channels.
• Lead end‑to‑end execution of digital campaigns, incorporating product and market insights.
• Monitor performance, analyse results and reallocate budgets together with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Drive projects such as lead generation and nurturing in partnership with sales, IT and other departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in digital marketing or performance‑driven roles.
• Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Strong organisational, analytical and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
