About the role

Enhesa is seeking a versatile Digital Growth Manager to join its Digital & Lifecycle team. You will work across website management, SEO, paid media, email and lifecycle campaigns, helping enterprise buyers navigate complex compliance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the corporate website in WordPress, creating and optimizing landing, solution and campaign pages.
• Improve user experience using analytics, heatmaps and behaviour data to boost conversion rates.
• Support SEO activities: keyword research, on‑page optimisation, content briefs and performance monitoring.
• Assist paid media efforts, contributing to campaign setup and performance analysis.
• Develop and execute email and lifecycle campaigns, collaborating with the content team.
• Monitor site performance, page speed and technical health, coordinating fixes with development resources.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, curious professional with solid digital marketing foundations.
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments and a passion for learning across channels.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and collaborate with design and development teams.
