Demand Planner – Belgium

About the role

We are seeking a Demand & Copacking Planner for our Brussels subsidiary. Reporting to the Demand & Copacking Planning Director, you will lead the development, alignment and communication of the demand plan for the Netherlands, ensuring cross‑functional inputs support our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Build a collaborative demand plan by regularly interacting with commercial teams, gathering customer plans, identifying deviations and documenting assumptions.
• Prepare and participate in the monthly CBP process, reviewing the demand plan, quantifying gaps and opportunities.
• Synchronise supply and demand by aligning the final demand plan with the supply plan and communicating supply risks, opportunities and constraints.
• Support new‑product and life‑cycle planning, finalising pipeline volumes, tracking shipments against assumptions and managing SKU performance.
• Develop and maintain local copacking planning, creating weekly plans for the next three months and reviewing them to meet case‑fill targets.
• Monitor orders and shipments, identify significant changes and communicate updates.
• Maintain master data for products and manage inventory and slow‑moving stock.

Required profile

• First experience in consumer goods, preferably in customer development, manufacturing, customer service, logistics or marketing.
• Knowledge of SAP R/3 and APO‑DP systems is a plus.
• Fluent English.
