About the role

Join Alan’s Data Team and help shape the future of preventive health insurance. You will work on data‑driven products that directly improve members’ wellbeing and support the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse health consumption patterns and product usage to generate actionable insights.
• Build data‑powered features that automate reimbursements and support member health journeys.
• Create dashboards and visibility tools for sales and operational teams.
• Own and maintain the end‑to‑end data infrastructure, including pipelines and storage.
• Develop and improve in‑house tooling to organise and serve data across the organisation.

Required profile

• Passionate about solving ambitious problems with simple, robust solutions.
• Demonstrated impact in a previous role or project.
• Willingness to work across analytics, engineering and data science (specialisation in one area is acceptable).
• High standards of rigor, precision and craftsmanship.
• Excellent listening and communication skills, collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
