About the role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to enable data‑driven decision‑making across Finance, HR and other business units. You will design and maintain Power BI dashboards, analyse key datasets and help transition reporting from manual processes to automated solutions.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
Analyse financial, operational and workforce data to uncover trends.
Consolidate data from SAP and other enterprise systems.
Provide actionable insights that support strategic decisions.
Support the migration from manual reporting to automated analytics solutions.

Required profile

Proven experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Reporting Analyst or similar role.
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Background in finance, business performance or transformation projects is highly desirable.
