Cybersecurity Scorecard Assessment and Coordination Support

About the role

We are seeking a specialist to provide assessment and coordination support for the NATO Enterprise Cybersecurity Scorecard process. The contractor will work with the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) to ensure robust governance of enterprise‑wide cybersecurity activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assessments of cybersecurity governance against the NATO Scorecard framework.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather evidence and track remediation actions.
• Prepare and present assessment findings and status reports to the Cyber Defence Team (CDT).
• Support the development and maintenance of governance artefacts and documentation.
• Assist in aligning NATO’s cybersecurity practices with international standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cybersecurity governance or risk assessment within large, complex organisations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Experience conducting enterprise‑level cybersecurity assessments.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks and scorecard methodologies.
