Cybersecurity Consultant

About the role

Sia is looking for a Cybersecurity Consultant to join its Cybersecurity Business Unit. Working under senior consultants, you will contribute to strategy, implementation and audit projects for a global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver cyber‑strategy services such as board advisory, target operating models, M&A due diligence and transformation programmes.
• Perform cyber‑risk management activities including assessments, quantification, third‑party risk and analytics.
• Lead compliance initiatives covering ISO 270xx, GDPR, NIST, PCI DSS and other regulatory frameworks.
• Implement security operations for cloud, SCADA/ICS, IoT, security architecture, endpoint and data protection.
• Provide resilience services like threat hunting, digital forensics, incident response, vulnerability management and penetration testing.
• Participate in the Sia CyberLab to prototype SaaS offers, conduct benchmarks and contribute to thought‑leadership content.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, econometrics or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity consulting or implementation.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
