Cyber Security Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cyber Security Engineer to join our IT and security team. You will protect our systems, networks and data by implementing security solutions, monitoring threats, and responding to incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain security solutions for systems, networks and data.
• Monitor security tools and alerts to detect threats and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and risk analysis.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, coordinating remediation.
• Configure and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection and SIEM platforms.
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure architecture and deployments.
• Perform security audits, compliance assessments and maintain related documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity, network or information security roles.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls or SOC 2.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication abilities.
