Cyber Operations Management

About the role

Spektrum is looking for a Cyber Operations Management professional to join the team supporting the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) in Brussels, Belgium. The role involves delivering specialist cyber and communications services to NATO’s member nations and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced cybersecurity solutions to protect NATO communication networks and information systems.
• Develop, maintain, and defend command and control systems used by NATO military commanders.
• Manage satellite communications services ensuring secure and reliable links between NATO forces.
• Support electronic warfare capabilities to detect, deny, and defeat threats to NATO communication networks.
• Oversee information management, including databases, applications, and server infrastructure.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in cyber operations or defence‑related communications projects.
• Familiarity with NATO or other multinational defence environments.
• Ability to work in a high‑performance, engaged workforce alongside international civilians, military personnel, and consultants.
