About the role

Join Expeditors, a global logistics leader, as a Customs Brokerage Agent. You will play a key part in ensuring seamless import and export processes for our customers, contributing to the efficient flow of international trade.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely customs process flow.
• Enter accurate data into the operational system and maintain customs files.
• Track and trace customs documentation and generate reports.
• Prepare and verify customs declarations for submission to authorities.
• Maintain compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.
• Support accurate client billing related to customs services.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of customs brokerage processes and legislation, especially classification, valuation and origin.
• Understanding of ocean, road and air documentation procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Pro‑active attitude with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Proficient in MS Word.
