About the role
Accenture is seeking a Customer Technology & Advisory Manager to join its Sales & Service team. You will work with C‑level clients to shape strategies, design customer experiences and drive growth through data‑driven insights.
Key responsibilities
- Support C‑level stakeholders in defining and prioritising the customer agenda.
- Design and implement customer experience roadmaps that unlock growth and value.
- Manage end‑to‑end client engagements, including planning, governance and delivery.
- Conduct assessments to identify client vulnerabilities, challenges and opportunities.
- Develop financial models and business cases to quantify the impact of improved experiences.
- Lead workstreams, collaborate with clients and ensure delivery of agreed outcomes.
- Coach and mentor analysts and consultants, fostering their career development.
Required profile
- Strong client‑first mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyse complex problems and structure solutions.
- Experience in consulting or advisory roles, preferably with senior‑level client interaction.
- Leadership capability to manage and develop a team of advisory professionals.
