Customer Support Officer

About the role

As a Customer Support Officer you will be the first point of contact for Qargo’s users, helping them navigate the SaaS Transport Management Platform and resolve any issues they encounter. You will work closely with engineering and onboarding teams to continuously improve the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, providing clear guidance on platform usage.
• Translate technical problems into customer‑friendly explanations.
• Investigate issues and collaborate with the Engineering team to identify root causes.
• Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback to drive product improvements.
• Build deep product knowledge to become a trusted expert on the TMS platform.
• Identify recurring problems and suggest enhancements to reduce friction.
• Support the Onboarding team by importing client data such as rate cards and fleet information.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related role.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Experience in transport or logistics is highly desirable.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive learner who enjoys mastering new systems.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced scale‑up environment.
• Tech‑savvy and interested in software products.
