Customer Success Specialist – English/French/Dutch

About the role

Viamanta is building a digital platform to transform maintenance and repair for fleets and workshops across Europe. As a Customer Success Specialist you will be the voice of workshop and fleet customers, ensuring they achieve their goals with our solution and providing continuous feedback to improve the product.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, building strong relationships and representing their interests within Viamanta.
• Develop deep product expertise, stay up‑to‑date with new features, and communicate value to customers.
• Define, track and report on KPIs that measure customer satisfaction and the impact of implemented solutions.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of workshop and fleet user personas to ensure product features align with real‑world workflows.
• Collect, analyse and present customer feedback, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive product improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, customer success or a related B2B role.
• Native‑level fluency in Dutch and French (written and spoken) and excellent English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel across the Benelux region and Northern France.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to explain complex topics clearly.
• Proven ability to collect, analyse and present customer feedback.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a results‑driven mindset.
• Team player comfortable working in an agile, cross‑functional, international environment.
• Experience in transport, logistics or fleet management is a plus.
