Customer Service Representative – Ghent

About the role

The Customer Service Representative is the main point of contact between Amcor and its customers, ensuring a high‑quality experience. Based on‑site in Ghent, you will work independently and as part of a local and remote team to manage orders, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end order processing in CRM and ERP systems, from placement to delivery.
• Coordinate with quality, supply chain, planning, logistics, production, finance and sales to monitor customer requirements and communicate any delays.
• Lead regular performance reviews with customers and internal functions.
• Handle customer requests, forecasts, complaints and returns, ensuring timely feedback.
• Proactively manage finished‑goods levels and aged inventory.
• Arrange rush shipments, monitor progress and initiate credit/debit notes with finance.
• Support disputed invoice processes and maintain up‑to‑date customer knowledge, including service level agreements.
