Customer Support Specialist (Belgium)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join Alan’s Belgian team. You will help our corporate admins navigate the Alan platform, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Train and onboard administrators on product workflows, including affiliation lifecycle, payroll management, invoicing and billing (remote and occasional onsite).
• Provide end‑to‑end admin support for a portfolio of 5‑10 key accounts, handling requests, investigating issues and coordinating with internal teams.
• Manage complex or sensitive conversations, such as objections, escalations and high‑stakes operational topics, with clarity and empathy.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks like missing affiliations, payroll edge cases or invoicing errors before they affect admins.
• Contribute to the evolution of the support function by identifying recurring pain points and proposing process improvements, documentation and playbooks.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in customer success or support for enterprise‑level accounts.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot operational issues.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• Proactive attitude and comfort working in a fast‑growing, remote‑first environment.

Required skills

• Experience with admin‑focused SaaS platforms.
• Understanding of payroll, invoicing and affiliation processes.
