Customer Marketing Manager

About the role

n8n is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to turn customer marketing into a strategic, repeatable function. You will own the roadmap, build the foundations, and create systems that turn customer proof into a core go‑to‑market asset.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the customer marketing strategy across marketing, sales, and product teams.
• Build a scalable program for customer advocacy, storytelling, references, and proof‑based marketing.
• Create a structured approach for sourcing and prioritising customer stories across industries, use cases, and product areas.
• Produce high‑quality customer assets such as case studies, testimonials, narratives, reference programs, and co‑marketing initiatives.
• Partner closely with Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Partnerships, Demand Generation, and Content teams.

Required profile

• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to design repeatable processes.
• Proven experience in building customer advocacy or storytelling programs.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across product, sales, and marketing functions.
• Ability to translate customer success into tangible marketing assets.
