Country Sales Manager – Belgium

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Country Sales Manager to lead our sales activities in Belgium. You will be responsible for growing market share, building long‑term customer relationships, and achieving profitable sales targets for our medical and laboratory equipment portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual sales plan, budgets and forecasts in coordination with the Export Manager.
• Identify market opportunities, monitor competition and adapt strategies to capture growth.
• Prospect, visit and manage key accounts, providing after‑sales support and technical assistance.
• Organise and implement promotional activities, trade shows and customer seminars.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on campaigns and with the Export team on cross‑border initiatives.
• Prepare travel plans, presentations and technical training sessions as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken Dutch and French; good English communication skills.
• Proven experience in B2B sales within the healthcare, biomedical or laboratory equipment sector.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, self‑motivation and ability to work independently.
