Country Lead – Venture Capital (Belgium)

About the role

Roundtable is seeking a Country Lead – Venture Capital to launch and grow its platform in Belgium. Based in Belgium, you will be responsible for building the local ecosystem, establishing partnerships, and driving revenue through venture‑capital transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for Belgium, leveraging learnings from France and Germany.
• Build and manage a pipeline of venture‑capital firms, angel syndicates, founders and investment professionals.
• Develop partnerships with law firms, incubators, startup communities and other key market actors.
• Represent Roundtable at industry events, speaking on panels and networking with ecosystem stakeholders.
• Own the full investment sales cycle, from outbound sourcing to structuring and closing high‑value deals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in venture‑capital, private‑equity or startup ecosystem.
• Strong network within the Belgian venture‑capital and startup community.
• Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and close complex investment transactions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
