Corporate Finance Analyst

About the role

LIZY is seeking a motivated Corporate Finance Analyst to support its rapid expansion across Europe. You will work closely with the Head of Corporate Finance, the CFO and local management teams to drive financing initiatives, reporting and strategic analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate follow‑up and reporting of the recent securitisation transaction, consolidating data with finance and accounting teams.
• Assist in equity, debt and mezzanine financing rounds – screening parties, conducting due diligence, preparing materials and supporting negotiations.
• Contribute to the launch of new country operations through strategic analysis, business‑plan modelling and financing workstreams.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes to anticipate financial needs and performance.
• Build financial models to project future performance, assess scenario impacts and monitor cash‑flow for liquidity.
• Prepare reporting for investors, financial institutions and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2+ years of corporate finance experience in a high‑growth environment, top‑tier consulting firm or corporate/banking setting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building companies and solving complex financial problems.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, attention to detail and ability to work cross‑functionally.
