Copywriter – Multilingual Content & SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Copywriter to create and adapt high‑value, engaging content across multiple channels. The role focuses on multilingual production, SEO optimisation, and the use of AI tools to support research, writing, and translation.

Key responsibilities

• Transform briefs into compelling articles, emails, social media posts, web pages, UX copy, scripts, videos and long‑form content.
• Develop SEO‑ and GEO‑optimised copy to boost visibility in search engines, AI overviews and LLM responses.
• Apply SEO best practices and tools such as Surfer SEO to improve content performance and authority.
• Leverage AI tools for research, writing, optimisation, translation and multi‑channel adaptation.
• Collaborate with designers, video creators and marketing teams to convert copy into multimedia formats.
• Translate and adapt content from Dutch and English into high‑quality French.
• Monitor traffic, engagement, CTR, share‑of‑voice and conversions, proposing data‑driven improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and brand guidelines while maintaining a consistent tone of voice.

Required profile

• Native‑level French writing proficiency with strong editorial and storytelling abilities.
• Excellent understanding of Dutch and good English proficiency for content adaptation.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communication, journalism, marketing, languages, literature or equivalent experience.
• Minimum six years of experience in copywriting, content writing or storytelling, preferably for B2B or regulated sectors such as banking or financial services.
• Experience working in Agile, multidisciplinary creative teams.

• Analysis of content performance metrics (CTR, engagement, traffic, SOV, conversions).
