Content Marketer

About the role

The Content Marketer will join a fast‑scaling fintech company in Belgium, working remotely within a highly autonomous, remote‑first team. You will turn complex payments and financial topics into clear, engaging narratives that drive awareness, engagement and measurable commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑own and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality assets aligned with marketing priorities.
• Research, write and publish long‑form articles, guides, case studies, newsletters, social media posts and campaign assets.
• Translate technical fintech and payments concepts into audience‑relevant storytelling.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market content plans in partnership with Demand Generation for product launches and campaigns.
• Distribute and repurpose content across LinkedIn, email and other digital channels to maximise reach.
• Analyse performance data and audience insights to refine strategy, improve engagement and optimise results.
• Experiment with new formats, messaging and distribution approaches, leveraging AI tools and automation to increase speed and scalability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of content marketing experience in fast‑paced B2B or B2C technology environments.
• Strong editorial ability to simplify and humanise complex technical or financial topics.
• Proven track record of taking content from idea to publication with minimal supervision.
• Experience using performance data, experimentation and audience insights to improve content strategy.
• Comfortable working in agile, high‑performance teams with shifting priorities.
• Curiosity and hands‑on experience with AI tools for content creation and marketing automation.
