Community Growth Manager

About the role

The Community Growth Manager will lead the strategic expansion of a global contributor network, focusing on user acquisition, activation, engagement and retention across multiple markets. Based in Belgium, you will work in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment where experimentation and measurable outcomes are core to success.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute scalable acquisition strategies to grow contributor participation in priority regions.
• Identify high‑potential growth opportunities through market analysis and performance evaluation.
• Optimize onboarding and activation flows to shorten time‑to‑first‑participation and improve conversion rates.
• Expand network density by increasing active contributor coverage and balancing growth across markets.
• Develop and manage referral programs and organic growth initiatives.
• Monitor acquisition, activation, retention and engagement metrics, using data insights for continuous optimization.
• Conduct structured growth experiments, evaluate outcomes and implement improvements.
• Provide regular performance reporting and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Required profile

• 4‑8+ years of experience in growth, community expansion, marketplace development or related roles.
• Proven success building and scaling distributed user networks or online communities.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience managing growth funnels and conversion metrics.
• Experience operating across multiple geographic markets and adapting strategies to diverse user segments.
• Excellent problem‑solving, independent work and stakeholder management skills.
