Commercial & Contract Management Manager (Dutch Speaking)

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Commercial & Contract Management Manager who is fluent in Dutch to join its Legal and Commercial Services team in Brussels. The role supports contract management across multiple projects and accounts, ensuring compliance and delivering value throughout the contract lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support contract management teams across projects and accounts, collaborating with account leadership and client stakeholders to understand priorities.
• Work across multiple geographies to ensure contractual compliance and operational excellence.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and contract risks and issues.
• Assist pre‑award sales activities, including deal shaping, contractual outcomes, and drafting operational annexes.
• Prepare governance committee materials and contribute to strategic account planning.
• Build trusted relationships with client counterparts in a client‑facing capacity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of experience in contract management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation, drafting operational annexes, and governance preparation.
• Exposure to complex programs across industries such as Banking, Utilities, Energy, or the Public Sector.

Required skills

• Strong legal background with an understanding of business and IT contexts.
• Excellent drafting and contract interpretation abilities.
