Cloud Platform Manager – Brussels

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Platform Manager to lead the design, development, and operation of a cloud platform that powers data‑driven and future AI‑enabled services. The role bridges technology and business, ensuring the platform is scalable, reliable, high‑performing, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the cloud platform roadmap in collaboration with leadership and architects.
• Own the platform backlog, prioritize features based on business value and technical constraints, and translate needs into actionable user stories.
• Guide and support cloud engineering teams to deliver capabilities efficiently and agilely.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability through proactive monitoring and incident prevention.
• Define testing strategies, guarantee reliability, and maintain compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Apply FinOps practices to optimise cloud costs and ensure financial sustainability.
• Communicate complex technical topics to non‑technical stakeholders and promote internal adoption of the platform.
• Continuously improve the platform using feedback, data, and a culture of innovation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cloud platform management or product ownership.
• Strong understanding of cloud environments, preferably Azure.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud operations, performance monitoring, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
