Senior Windows Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Windows Administrator to join our IT team. You will be responsible for maintaining a modern Windows workstation environment, supporting end‑users, and driving automation initiatives. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work closely with development and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows 10 and Windows 11 workstation environments.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot software packages using Microsoft SCCM / MECM.
• Investigate and resolve complex OS and application incidents.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting using system logs, Event Viewer, and diagnostic tools.
• Manage Active Directory and Group Policy configurations.
• Provide third‑level support for escalated technical issues.
• Collaborate with development and engineering teams on application validation, testing, and deployment.
• Contribute to workplace standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Support automation efforts through PowerShell scripting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Windows administration.
• Strong expertise with Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
• Solid experience with Active Directory administration and Group Policy Objects.
• Hands‑on experience with SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in complex Windows environments.
• Knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Professional proficiency in both French and English.
