CLO Compliance Analyst

About the role

The CLO Compliance Analyst ensures that compliance models for Collateralized Loan and Collateralized Debt Obligations are developed, reviewed, and tested according to transaction documents, maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review deal documents to identify inconsistencies and communicate with Collateral Manager, Underwriter and Rating Agencies.
• Configure, test, and stress‑test models per specifications and report requirements.
• Maintain and support models throughout the deal lifecycle and perform quality‑control reviews.
• Track team status reports, monitor workloads and deal allocations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of structured finance, securitization and fixed‑income securities.
• Ability to mitigate risk, identify process gaps and work across business lines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills and high proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Experience with CDO Suite or similar CLO administration platform.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL or other programming languages (preferred).
