About the role

As Chef de Rang you will be the welcoming face of our elegant restaurant, guiding guests through a memorable dining experience and ensuring every table is impeccably presented.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests, providing a warm and professional reception.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages with precision.
• Advise guests on menu selections and wine pairings.
• Manage your assigned section of tables, maintaining flow and timing.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar staff to guarantee seamless service.
• Uphold the high quality standards and attention to detail that define our restaurant.

Required profile

• Previous experience in restaurant or luxury‑hotel service.
• Fluent in Dutch or French and proficient in English.
• Full‑time availability with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
• Strong service orientation, precision, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Residence in or near Brussels.
