Change & Communications Coordinator – NATO ITM Project

About the role

We are looking for a Change & Communications Coordinator to support the ITM Recovery Increment 1 (ITM‑RC1) project, a NATO initiative that replaces legacy classified networks with a modernised operational network across the NATO Command Structure. The role will drive awareness campaigns, support organisational change, and ensure clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute an awareness campaign plan for business areas, service owners, SDMs, CIS support units and ESOC.
• Create and manage communication artefacts such as slide decks, Q&A documents, feedback trackers and promotional videos.
• Support video production by developing creative concepts that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Attend project meetings, record minutes, document actions and follow up with contributors.
• Coordinate organisational change‑management activities and align them with project implementation milestones.
• Maintain project documentation on SharePoint and JIRA, produce sprint reports and a final project‑closure report.
• Track, monitor and report project progress in collaboration with the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in awareness campaigns and video creation.
• At least three years’ experience in organisational change or transformational projects.
• Five years’ experience providing project‑management support, including minute‑taking and documentation.
• Strong written and spoken English with the ability to produce concise communications for varied audiences.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.

Required skills

• Microsoft SharePoint administration.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• JIRA usage for agile project tracking.
• Understanding of Agile ceremonies and methodology.
