Campus Recruiter – Early‑Career Talent Acquisition

About the role

Eurofins is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join its international corporate office in Brussels. You will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding interns and recent graduates for a variety of corporate and business support functions, while supporting broader recruitment initiatives across the Eurofins network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for internship and graduate positions, acting as the primary contact for candidates and hiring managers.
• Identify high‑potential talent through university partnerships, career fairs, recruitment platforms and social media.
• Coordinate interviews, ensure a positive candidate experience, and manage the onboarding process.
• Promote entry‑level opportunities through employer‑branding and campus‑recruitment campaigns.
• Contribute to recruitment‑strategy projects and continuous improvement of tools and processes.
• Collaborate with the Employer Branding team and Talent Acquisition colleagues across multiple locations.

Required profile
