Business Unit Manager – Recruitment (Brussels)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Unit Manager to lead our recruitment desk in Brussels. You will combine senior recruiting expertise with people‑development responsibilities, driving both revenue and talent growth within a fast‑scaling agency.

Key responsibilities

• Run a full‑cycle 360° recruitment desk: client development, headhunting, and closing.
• Build and nurture a high‑performing client portfolio through cold calling, networking, and long‑term relationship management.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from first contact to signed contract.
• Consistently achieve personal billing targets.
• Coach, mentor, and develop junior Business Managers on a daily basis.
• Support the team in client meetings, candidate assessments, and deal closing.
• Foster an environment where the team grows quickly and performs at its best.
• Participate in hiring decisions and onboarding of new team members.
• Report on team performance and contribute to the company’s commercial strategy.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of agency‑side recruitment experience.
• Proven billing track record.
• Natural leadership style – people follow because they want to.
• Bilingual in French and English (mandatory); Dutch is a plus.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Willingness to take ownership of both a desk and a team.
